Alan Shimel

I am the Chief Strategy Officer of StillSecure. I have been helping my long time friend and associate, Rajat Bhargava build StillSecure into a leading provider of network security solutions since 2001. Most recently before that I was the SVP of Sales and Business Development at Cachier, a manufacturer of network acceleration appliances. Prior to that, I was VP of Business Development of Interliant. l also was one of the founders of Tri Star Web, a NYC based, early participant in Web hosting. After building Tri Star Web to a multi-million dollar revenue company, we sold it to Sage Networks, which later became Interliant.

I graduated St. Johns University with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics, and have a JD degree from NY Law School.

Born and raised in Long Island, NY, I currently live in Boca Raton, Fl with my wife of 19 years Bonnie, our two boys, Landon, 9 and Bradley, 7 and our bulldog, Sandy.
